Joyce Abalo is the EAC-GIZ Senior Advisor for the Incubator for Integration and Development in East Africa (IIDEA), creating opportunities for small enterprises to work collaboratively across regional borders and benefit from networking and funding to kick start their ideas. She is coordinating the Gender, Community Development and Civil Society Sector at EAC-GIZ, working in support of the East African Community. Joyce is passionate about, ensuring gender equality and participatory projects.
